Transport damage when purchased directly

Damage caused by improper use (e.g. water in the charging port)

Normal wear and tear, scratches or discoloration

Lost parts (e.g. lid, packaging)

Visual dissatisfaction (e.g. shape, weight, color)

Desire for upgrade without defect

Damage caused by third parties (e.g. flea market, Amazon warehouse)

🔄 Our solutions – fair & flexible

Replacement of the product in case of a justified defect (max. 1× per product type and order)

Partial refund of up to 20% if no exchange is possible but the function is partially given

Upgrade when changing models : If your model is defective and no longer available, you will receive a 50% discount on the new version
